JSC "Kaunas energetikos remontas" has stored various technologies and great experience in repairing, installation, and modernization of power equipment in energetic and industry. Today there are four production departments: Boiler department, Turbine department, Electrical equipment and Mechanical departments.

 

Boiler department carries out repairs, modernizations and installations of energetic steam and water boiler, manufacturing their units and spare parts. Department equipped by required facilities and has well trained personnel.

 

Turbine department carries out repairs, modernizations and installations of steam and water turbines, fulfils their monitoring. As well repairs and modernize all types of pumps and valves; manufacturing their units and spare parts; carries out analysis and removal of vibrations in rotating mechanisms of turbines.

 

Electrical equipment department carries out repairs of turbo and water generators, synchronous compensators, high and low voltage electric motors of all types, power transformers, current and voltage measuring transformers. Manufactures three-phase hermetic oil-cooled power transformers,  voltage 10/0,4kV, capacity form 10kVA up to 630kVA; sections of electric motors and spare parts for electrical equipment. Department equipped required facilities and has well trained personnel. In 2003 company as General Contractor, starts to execute construction, installation and reconstruction works at electric energy transmission lines, switchyards and substation with 330 kV capacity.  

 

Mechanical department manufactures spare parts of energetic equipment, caries out steel surface mechanical treatment. Company manufactures various steel structures, pressure vessels, and metal containers for powdery materials upon Clients projects, mechanization tools for performance repair works.
