1. JSC ,,Kauno energetikos remontas" carries out the following activities (in the field of repair, modernization, erection of power machinery of electric power stations and industry enterprises): - Repair, modernization and installation of energetic, water heating and utilization boilers of all types and capacities;
- Repair, modernization, diagnostics and installation of steam turbines up to 800 MW, hydro turbines up to 200 MW;
- Repair, modernization, diagnostics and installation of power transformers of all types, voltage up to 330kV;
- Construction, installation and reconstruction of electric energy transmission lines, switchyards and sub-stations up to 330 kV;
- Repair and electric testing of transformer‘s bushings, voltage 110 - 330 kV;
- Repair and electric tests of high and low voltage electric motors of all types;
- Repair and electric tests of railway locomotive electric motors;
- Repair and electric tests of current and voltage measuring transformers up to 330 kV;
- Repair, diagnostics and installation of energetic equipment (boilers, pumps, generators, transformers and electric motors) in marine ships;
- Repair, modernization and diagnostics of industrial pumps of all types;
- Repair and installation pipelines fitting of all types;
- Repair and installation of pipelines of all types.
2. We manufacture spare parts, necessary units for power equipment: - Steel structures according to client‘s wishes;
- Heating surfaces of boilers up to 950 t/h;
- Panels of heating surfaces of high pressure boilers;
- Panels of steam and technological pipelines;
- Piping air preheaters for boilers;
- Heating panels of utilizing boilers;
- Helical double-layer heating elements for high pressure preheaters;
- Heat transfer surfaces of steam preheaters and coolers;
- Heat transfer surfaces for ships preheaters and coolers;
- Sections of high voltage up to 10 kV and capacity up to 630 kW electric motors;
- Transformer‘s up to 300000 kVA windings;
- Pressure vessels and metal containers;
- Buckets for excavators;
- Lifting mechanisms (traverses, hydraulic jackscrews and etc);
- Small mechanization tools for repair works;
3. Laboratories of the company carry out the following activities: High-tension laboratory carries out measuring, monitoring and test of current and voltage transformers; transformer‘s bushings and direct and alternative current electric motors; thermographic measurements of power equipment when determining heat losses; technical condition of the equipment; places of possible defects in operating devices, using thermovisor.
4. Welding center: Company‘s Welding center trains and certifies welders according to LST EN 287-1,2 standard and issues the Welders qualification certificates accredited in Europe. Center is equipped with modern welding fitments. Welding methods: manual arc welding, semi-automatic metal - arc active gas welding, gas welding, manual arc argon welding. Specialist having Europe Welder Engineer qualification organizes this training process. 5. Carry out the projects of manufacture, installation, overhaul, repair and reconstruction of the listed above equipment and technical supervision consultations. The company has all required licenses and permissions for all activities.

DVS, certificates of Russian Marine Register.
